Webinar: Future of Design in Banking

Last October, I have been invited into a webinar hosted by Šimon Kočí, with group of design leaders in the fin-tech industry to talk about the future of design in banking. It was a panel discussion type of webinar, that was revolved around three verticals: Design process and building successful design teams, role of design in building strong brands in banking, and scalability of banking product experience. There were more than 150 participants across the world that were highly engaged and made the webinar more fruitful with their questions along the way.

Dilara Neutze, Design Director @ Klarna

Dilara is an internationally-trained Product Design Leader with 10 years of professional track record, with the last 7 years on building delightful products and experiences in global markets. After finishing engineering studies in his home town Istanbul, she embarked for New York where she has shifted her career to design. After working at globally notable companies such as Time Inc, Refinery29, Tommy Hilfiger, Delivery Hero and GetYourGuide, she joined Klarna in Berlin last year to build the design team and new product offerings in several markets. Besides her daily job, she paints abstract portraits of women of history to become an inspiration to other women and advocates for increasing women’s voice in products and leadership.

Andras Rung, UX Strategist for Banking and Fintech

A veteran of UX by having almost 20 years of experience. Strong focus on business goals and innovation (blockchain, №1. expert in Google searches for voice banking UX). Andras is an author of the first Hungarian UX book (2006) and the first Hungarian UX blog (2009), founder of the Hungarian UX meetup (2009). He founded Ergomania Product Design and he obtained his PhD in linguistics backed with AI in 2012.

Robert Braileanu, Product Designer at Revolut

Startup professional thriving in fast-paced environments at the forefront of the decision-making process, with a wide range of skills encompassing multiple sides of a business. Versatility, adaptability and on-the-job learning are my defining traits. I think on my feet, act fast, listen and constantly iterate to improve my processes, while also enjoying the ride and learning everything I can along the way.
