Behind the scenes: foodora product design team
We would like to say hi to you as highly diverse and constantly growing product team at foodora! We are a team of international designers with hybrid backgrounds and we work relentlessly to able to delight our users while they are exploring local tastes in the area.
What is foodora?
Foodora is an online food delivery service that brings you the best local tastes in your area. You can discover, select and order food from us and our beloved riders will delivered to your door.
What do we do here?
We are team of 5 designers, who works on various projects to improve usability and desirability of foodora platforms. We work in squads that we are highly engaged with tech team in development process. Each squad has one designer who oversees design planning and delivers to their squad independently by making sure the design consistency is maintained. We will write about how we align the product design team more in details in another upcoming post!

We believe that designers evolve by knowledge sharing and collaborative effort. Learning from doing and reading about others’ experiences help us oversee potential challenges and iterate from the existing. While we are getting inspired by many amazing designers and teams around the world, we realized the value of giving back to the community and sharing our challenges and inspirational moments with everyone who is willing to follow!
From this moment on, we will be sharing various topics including our team structure, challenges we faced and some inspirational topics that interects design, tech and business.
